Requests and orders

We use your name, contact details, project requirements, reference uploads and order information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, fulfill orders and provide support. The Oakwright platform stores these business records. A request does not place an order or book an appointment.

Payments and delivery

Payments are collected on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Full payment-card details are not stored by this website. Shipping addresses and package information are used to calculate delivery charges and fulfill shipped orders. Finish the Look accessories are processed through our WooCommerce store and Syncee supplier connection. The supplier receives the order and delivery information needed for fulfillment.

Your project and browser storage

Your cart saves product selections in this browser. Customer project access, when available, uses an email verification code and a secure session cookie. Project information is limited to the signed-in customer’s orders. Sign out when using a shared device.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website. Connected platform hosting, database, Google email, Stripe, WooCommerce, Syncee and the selected fulfillment suppliers process the information needed to operate the service. This release includes no advertising pixels or website analytics script. Hosting services may process technical request information.

Questions and requests

Contact info@oakwrightco.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We may retain records needed for orders, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
