Pickup is free at 1117 NW Valley Ridge Dr, Grain Valley, MO 64029. Wait for confirmation that your piece is ready and arrange a pickup appointment.

Furniture delivery

Local delivery is curbside. The established rate is $250 through 25 one-way routed miles. Over 25 and through 150 miles, delivery is $10 multiplied by the total one-way routed miles, rounded up to the next whole mile. Beyond 150 miles requires a separate quote. The order summary confirms your actual delivery charge before payment.

Furniture checkout currently offers pickup. Contact us to discuss local delivery. Do not use straight-line mileage to estimate a delivery charge.

Crafted by Oakwright parcel shipping

Cutting boards, rectangular charcuterie boards and wood crates can be sent by U.S. parcel shipping. Enter your shipping address at checkout to calculate the charge before payment. Charges depend on the destination and the packed size, weight and number of parcels. Pieces may ship in separate boxes; your summary shows the combined shipping charge. Some destinations require a separate quote. Pickup remains available.

Production and arrival

Standard furniture is generally estimated at 2–4 weeks, custom furniture at 4–6 weeks, and Crafted pieces at 1–2 weeks once their turn in the workshop begins. These are production estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Checkout shows the estimated completion window for your order, including the workshop queue; parcel transit is additional.

Timing and delays

The delivery or shipping window shown with your order is an estimate based on the available information. Oakwright will notify you of material delays and provide revised timing. Where required, you may consent to a delay or cancel the affected unshipped items for a refund. A general delay notice does not replace required consent.

Delivery, shipping and pickup

Your order summary identifies each fulfillment group, its charge and the agreed service. Local furniture delivery is curbside unless expressly stated otherwise. Arrange suitable help and access to move the furniture from the curb to its final location. Pickup requires a confirmed appointment after inspection. Parcel and supplier items may arrive separately. No additional storage or redelivery fee applies unless disclosed and agreed as required.

Inspection and care

Inspect your items promptly on receipt and contact Oakwright with any damage, missing items or specification concerns. Photos help us investigate. A delivery receipt does not waive concealed-defect or mandatory consumer rights. Follow the supplied care guidance, protect surfaces from heat and standing water, and maintain a suitable indoor environment.

Finish the Look

Supplier accessories use separate fulfillment and may arrive separately. Review current availability and delivery charges in the separate secure supplier checkout before payment.
